Stack’D Food Truck was founded and is operated by Chef J & Chef Jonah, two chefs with more than 15 years of culinary experience each and a passion for creating bold, memorable food.

Before bringing Stack’D to Southwest Florida, Chef J & Chef Jonah built and ran one of Broward County’s most successful BBQ restaurants, earning their reputation through years of hard work, quality food, and a commitment to their customers. After years of creating and serving their community in South Florida, they decided it was time to take their passion for great food in a new direction and bring their experience to the Southwest Coast of Florida.
